NuriVita is an online shop for home comfort products and dietary supplements, operated by FR7 ENTERPRISE LLC, 8200 NW 41st Street, 2nd Floor, Doral, FL 33166, USA. When this page says we, us or our, it means FR7 ENTERPRISE LLC. This page explains what we do with your personal data when you browse the shop, buy something or write to us.
What we collect
When you place an order we need your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number, plus what you ordered. Card details are typed into the secure checkout of our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. When you browse, our shop platform records technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you visited and where you came from. If you create an account we also keep your login details and order history. If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply.
Why we use it
We use your data to take and deliver your order, send order and shipping emails, handle returns and refunds, answer questions, prevent fraud and keep our accounting records. If you sign up for our newsletter we use your email address to send it, and you can unsubscribe with the link in any email. We do not sell your personal data.
Who receives it
The shop runs on Shopify, which hosts the store and the checkout and processes payments through its payment partners. Delivery partners and carriers get your name, address and phone number so they can deliver your parcel. We may use an email service to send order messages and newsletters. These companies handle your data for their own purposes as well, under their own privacy policies, and they may process it outside your country, including in the United States. We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect ourselves against fraud or abuse.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technology to keep your cart, remember your session, keep the checkout working, and understand in general how the shop is used. Where the law asks for it, we ask for your consent before using cookies that are not strictly necessary through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies of this site in your browser, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the shop may then stop working.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up. When we no longer need data we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, send you a copy, or stop using it for marketing. You can also object to certain uses, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. We do not make decisions about you using automated profiling.
