Where do you ship?

To almost every country. Shipping is free.

How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 2 to 4 business days, and delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after that, depending on where you live. You get a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

That depends on your country. Some countries charge import duty or VAT on parcels from abroad. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Can I return something?

Yes, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For supplements the safety seal must be intact. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we replace it or refund you. Details are on the Returns and Refunds page.

Are your comfort products medical devices?

No. They are not medical devices and nothing on this website is medical advice. Please read the product description, the care instructions and the manual before use, and ask a health professional if you have a medical condition.

Are the supplements medicines?

No. They are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Where can I find the supplement facts and ingredients?

On each supplement product page and on the label of your bottle. If you have allergies, read the warnings on the product page before you order, and write to us if you are unsure.

Can I take supplements with my medication?

Ask your healthcare professional before you take any supplement, especially if you take medication, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing.

How should I clean the comfort products?

Care instructions are on each product page. For example, the CloudRest cover can be machine washed cold on a gentle cycle, while the foam core is spot cleaned only.
